1. Data Ownership
All project data remains the property of the customer.
2. Storage
Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure located in Australia.
3. Security Measures
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- User authentication and access controls
- Regular backups
- Logical separation between customer accounts
4. Retention
Data is retained:
- While the account is active
- For up to 30 days after cancellation (optional)
- Or deleted upon customer request
5. Backup & Responsibility
While we maintain backups, customers remain responsible for maintaining any required project records for regulatory or contractual purposes.
